Kyle Swanda of P&L Technology Named to 40 Under 40
Kyle Swanda of P&L Technology has been recognized as one of the Midlands Business Journal’s 2013 40 Under 40 recipients. He has been honored as one of 40 young, local professionals who have accomplished significant business milestones or made a notable difference in our community.
P&L Technology’s EnterpriseSELECT division, started from scratch just last year with Kyle at the controls, has realized a 249 percent rate of growth in 2013. This contributed to P&L Technology receiving the MSPMentor 100 award and being named a Greater Omaha Chamber Small Business of the Month. Swanda, who in five years has gone from a service tech to vice president of enterprise services, started EnterpriseSELECT from scratch. This service division targets small to mid-sized companies’ information technology operations, helping to analyze gaps in the security and redundancy of their IT systems.
Swanda has strategically introduced new security products through the service platform that specifically meet the needs of small to mid-sized customers. These new products have added $100,000 in incremental revenue, in a very short time. His leadership has also delivered high customer satisfaction marks and translated into a perfect customer retention record.
The element of building EnterpriseSELECT that has been the most personally satisfying to Swanda has been the ability to hire and train his staff. He counts among his favorite aspects of his job the ability to teach and mentor these individuals in their careers. Many of these new faces are just getting into the workplace and Swanda has continually emphasized the importance of personal and professional development as the building blocks of success.
Kyle has been a key reason for the success of P&L Technology, Inc. Congratulations to Kyle!
