Part Three on Skype for Business

Adding Skype for Business Cloud PBX to our product catalogue, given the amount of Office 365 customers we have, is very exciting. It’s also incredibly powerful to speak with customers and prospects as a consumer of the technology we are recommending.

As I’ve met and discussed with companies interested in looking at Skype for Business, there were a couple of key features we were waiting on. These features are Call Queues/Hunt Groups and Auto Attendant. At the beginning of this month, those features went into preview, and we are actively testing them in our environment. We are hearing that they will be ready for general availability by the end of March.

While there are work arounds for these new features, it is a welcome update to see they are almost ready for roll out and we look forward to it.
